The Hanover Fire Department is pleased to present our 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. This document reflects the concerted efforts of all Department members over the past year to define and refine our mission, vision, and core values. The goals or strategic initiatives outlined in the plan focus on developing our people, improving our operations, cultivating our culture, and further expanding our services and engagement with our community. The plan, as presented, lays a road map to guide us through the next five years as we continue to evolve and change to match the dynamic environment of fire and an “all hazards” emergency services model.
