Hanover VNA Community Foundation, Inc.

The Hanover VNA Community Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity and all-volunteer board was formally known as the Hanover Visiting Nurses Association, Inc. The foundation established the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association in 1929.

How We Serve Our Community

  • Assistance to families with a holiday outreach program during the holiday season.
  • Camperships for students to attend Hanover summer recreation programs.
  • Sponsoring D.A.R.E. summer camp program in conjunction with the Hanover Police Department.
  • Emergency assistance to families in crisis.
  • Scholarships for Hanover students pursuing a career in nursing and allied health.
  • Community education programs.
