On Tuesday, April 19th, at 7:00 PM, the Hanover Historical Commission will conduct a public hearing with regard to it previous determination that a building located at 283 Columbia Road is a "Significant Building" as defined in the Town of Hanover's Bylaw 6-26, Preservation of Historically Significant Buildings.
The purpose of this hearing will be to gather information to assist the Commission in determining whether this building should be found to be Preferably Preserved. This designation would put into effect an up to one year delay in its demolition.
The hearing will located in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room at Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339
