Museum Passes

Museum of Fine Art

Museum passes are available free of charge to Hanover residents. Most passes allow for reduced admission for a specific number of people. We have a limited number of passes available, so if you are unable to use your reserved pass, please cancel online under “My Passes” or let us know as soon as possible so we may make the pass available to other patrons. When choosing a pass make sure to scroll down to the specific date you wish to go.

Conditions

  • You must present a current Hanover library card when picking up passes.
  • Checked-out passes must be returned the day after use by 10:00 AM. You may return the pass in the book drop. There is a five-dollar per day overdue charge for late passes.
  • Passes may be reserved two months in advance online, by phone or in person.
  • We do our best to update museum information, but we recommend you call or check the museum to confirm hours of operation, schedule, and admission fees. Some of our passes are seasonal. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, museums may alter their open hours with short notice. 

Make a Reservation

Please request pass for the specific date you wish to reserve. Your PIN is OCLN, unless you have changed it. If you are unable to use a reserved pass, please cancel pass by clicking on My Passes or call the library at 781-826-2972. Passes not picked up by 12:00 PM the day of use may be made available to other patrons. Many passes are now available as e-tickets.
