Warrant Articles for the 2024 Special and Annual Town Meeting Now Being Accepted 12/6/23

At the December 4, 2023, meeting of the Hanover Select Board, the Board voted to open the Annual and Special Town Meeting Warrants. The Board will accept articles for the 2024 Annual Town Meeting Warrant until Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 12:00 noon and will accept articles for the Special Town Meeting Warrant until Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 12:00 noon.

If the article you are submitting is from a Board, Committee, Commission or Trust,  please be sure the meeting minutes of such Board, Committee, Commission or Trust reflect the vote to support the article. Articles must be submitted in final form using Times New Roman font size 12 without “headers or footers” in the document. Please submit articles to Janet Tierney at janet.tierney@hanover-ma.gov. As always, please submit articles of genuine necessity, keeping budget limitations in mind.

Please note that any ballot questions (including Proposition 2½ overrides) should be submitted by the January 25, 2024, deadline date noted above.
