| 1 | Payment of Prior Year Expenditures | Prior Year Invoices have been paid. Appropriation $731.90. |
| 2 | Appropriate Funds – Snow and Ice ($700,000 Free Cash) | Outstanding invoices are being processed for payment. Necessary vehicle and equipment repairs suspended pending funding have now resumed. It is anticipated that payment of all invoices and repair work will be completed by July 1, 2026. |
| 3 | Transfer Funds – High School HVAC Compressor ($50,000 Free Cash) | The HVAC units are installed, operational and cooling the schools. It is anticipated that minor work to formally tie the new units into the Building Maintenance System/Controls is planned for the next month or so. |
| 4 | Transfer Funds – Cemetery Irrigation System and Spigots ($25,000 Free Cash) | The new spigots are installed, operational, and providing water to a larger area than before. Currently working with the contractor on minor punch list items. Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of May. |

Cedar School Carpeting: Procurement for this project is expected to take place in June of 2026. It is expected that work will be completed in the Summer of 2026. Dump Truck: It is expected that this vehicle will be procured and ordered in the Summer of 2026. It is currently expected that this vehicle will be outfitted, equipped, and in service in the Spring of 2027. |

| 18 | Appropriate Funds – Building Inspectors | Approved at Town Meeting. Funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. It is anticipated these expenses will ultimately be covered by building fees. |
| 19 | Appropriate Funds – Organic Fertilizers and Herbicides at School Properties | This Articles was referred back to a 7 member study committee appointed by the Select Board which will report back to the Town at the next Town Meeting. |
| 20 | Appropriate Funds – Police Vehicles | The Police Department anticipates 2 Police Cruisers will be delivered in August of 2026 and 1 Police Cruiser will be delivered in October of 2026. |
| 21 | Appropriate Funds – Police Firearms | The Police Department anticipates the firearms will be delivered by November of 2026. |
| 22 | Appropriate Funds – Council on Aging Grease Traps | Procurement preparation work is scheduled to take place in June of 2026. It is anticipated that work will be completed during the Summer of 2026. |
| 23 | Appropriate Funds – Historic Document Display Cases | Approved at Town Meeting. Funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. |
| 24 | Appropriate Funds – Water Treatment Plants - PFAS Upgrades Project | Design work for this project, which is funded through a previous Town Meeting is ongoing. It is currently anticipated that procurement for this project will take place in the Late-Fall of 2026 with construction commencing in the Late-Spring of 2027. |
| 25 | Transfer Funds – Opioid Settlement Proceeds | Approved at Town Meeting. Funds will be transferred to the Opioid Settlement Special Revenue Account as voted. |
| 26 | Appropriate Funds – Library HVAC and Interior Upgrades | $40,000 approved at Town Meeting for HVAC repairs. Funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. The $20,000 request for carpet replacement was determined to be unnecessary. No further action required on the carpet replacement. Procurement for the HVAC repairs project is anticipated to take place in July of 2026. Work is currently anticipated to take place in the Summer/Early-Fall of 2026. |
| 27 | Appropriate Funds – DPW Highway Garage | $20,000 approved at Town Meeting for the purchase and installation of a security camera system. Funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. The $30,000 request for fencing failed. Procurement for the security camera system project is anticipated to take place in the Summer of 2026. Installation & onboarding of these improvements is currently anticipated to take place in the Fall of 2026. |
| 28 | Appropriate Funds – DPW Ford F-250 Vehicle | Approved at Town Meeting. The funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. It is anticipated the vehicle will be ordered, equipped and in service by the end of 2026. |
| 29 | Appropriate Funds – DPW 4X4 Pickup Truck | Approved at Town Meeting. The funds will be made available on or after July 1, 2026. It is anticipated this vehicle will be ordered, equipped and in service by the end of 2026. |
| 30 | Appropriate Funds – Fire/EMS Support Vehicle | The Fire Department is currently in the process of forming a committee to evaluate and identify the most appropriate vehicle option for this project. Several neighboring departments currently utilize similar vehicles, and the Fire Department will be reviewing their operations and configurations to identify best practices and operational efficiencies. It is anticipated that the project timeline, including vehicle selection, procurement, production and outfitting, will be approximately 6 to 9 months. |
| 31 | Appropriate Funds – Fire Department Chest Compression System | The Fire Department is actively coordinating with the vendor for the purchase of these devices. It is anticipated that the order will be placed in the near future, and overall project completion will be within the next 3 to 6 months. |
| 32 | Appropriate Funds – Fire Department Infusion Pumps | The Fire Department is currently evaluating several vendors to determine the most appropriate infusion pump solution for operational and clinical needs. There are no anticipated significant delivery delays once a vendor is selected. Following delivery, paramedics will complete the necessary training and familiarization prior to the equipment being placed into service. It is anticipated this project will be completed within the next 3 to 6 months. |

It is anticipated this vehicle will be ordered during the Summer of 2026. It is currently anticipated that this vehcile will be outfitted, equipped, and in service by the Summer of 2027. |
| 37 | Appropriate Funds – Redesign Costs For B. Everett Hall Field | Up to $496,027 from the Community Preservation Fund approved at Town Meeting. The anticipated next steps will be to proceed with community engagement and to prepare a shovel-ready plan proposal for consideration at the 2027 Annual Town Meeting. |
| 38 | Land Disposition – Parcel of Land located on Davis Street and shown on Hanover Assessor’s Map 16 / Lot 27 | Approved at Town Meeting. This land disposition will be carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including a public RFP process, open and transparent review and a decision by the Select Board at a public meeting. |
| 39 | Amend South Shore Regional Vocational School District Agreement | Town Meeting approved the proposed South Shore Vocational School District Agreement amendment to add Pembroke as a member town. |
| 40 | Amend General Bylaws – Changing Tables in Public Establishments | Town Meeting voted to take no action as moved by the petitioner. No further action required. |
| 41 | Amend General Bylaws – Plastic Bag Reduction | The Town Clerk is preparing the Bylaw Amendment packet to send to the Attorney General for review and approval. It is anticipated that the packet will be submitted by early June. |
| 42 | Amend General Bylaws – Solicitation Bylaw Amendments | The Town Clerk is preparing the Bylaw Amendment packet to send to the Attorney General for review and approval. It is anticipated that the packet will be submitted by early June. |
| 43 | Special Legislation – Liquor License Extension Hanover Crossing | The Town Clerk is preparing the Special Legislation packet for submission to our State Senator and State Rep. It is anticipated the packet will be submitted by early June. |
