Planning Board Sign Bylaw Update 6/27/22

It has come to the attention of the Planning Board that there are inconsistencies in the Sign Bylaw as the Bylaw relates to Digital Signs. Basically, the Town Bylaw voted on by the Town was modified by the Attorney General causing the inconsistencies. Accordingly, the Planning Board will not be processing any Digital Sign permits until after the Bylaw is amended at the next Annual Town Meeting in May of 2023.
