Transfer of Liquor License
Fees: $200 payable to the ABCC electronically, and via check payable to the Town of Hanover: $250 if it is the first change to a license in a calendar year, $500 for the second change in a calendar year and $750 for the third change in a calendar year. Also, $250.00 via check made payable to the Town of Hanover for the Liquor License Hearing fee.
Submit all required documents and forms to the Licensing Coordinator. If the Licensing Coordinator accepts the application, it will be scheduled for a hearing before the Selectboard. Please note, it is recommended you reach out to the Licensing Coordinator before applying to make sure you have all the required documentation. Failure to do so may delay consideration of your application.
