Change of License Type
Fees are payable to the ABCC electronically $200, $250 by check payable to the Town of Hanover if it is the first change to a license in a calendar year.
Submit all required documents and forms to the Licensing Coordinator. If the Licensing Coordinator accepts the application, it will be scheduled for a public hearing before the Selectboard (Section 12 Restaurants only). Please note, it is recommended you reach out to the Licensing Coordinator before applying to make sure you have all the required documentation. Failure to do so may delay consideration of your application.
