Water Shut Off Near Center School 3/30 11am-1pm
As part of the Center School Project, the Hanover Department of Public Works will be shutting down the water main on Silver Street on Friday March 30th between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. As a result of this action, water service will be interrupted between 197 and 515 Silver Street as well as all of Lantern Lane and Donna Drive. Upon restoration of water service, you may experience dirty water from dislodged sediments in the pipes. Should you experience this, we ask that you simply run cold water from your faucet for several minutes until it runs clear. If you continue to see discolored water, we ask that you call the Water Department at 781-826-3189 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
