Town of Hanover Email Outage 12/4/22

The Town of Hanover is currently experiencing an email outage with our service provider because of a security incident

“On Friday, Dec 2, 2022, we became aware of an issue impacting our Hosted Exchange environment. We proactively powered down and disconnected the Hosted Exchange environment while we triaged to understand the extent and the severity of the impact. After further analysis, we have determined that this is a security incident.”

The disruption affects all Town of Hanover email accounts. If you have been trying to contact an @hanover-ma.gov email address and you have not received a response, please use our Departments Directory for phone contact information. We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible. A notification will be posted once this issue has been resolved.
