A Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is scheduled at Hanover High School, 287 Cedar Street, on August 9th (first dose) and August 30th (second dose) for individuals 12 years and older.

Important Information
- Register above for an appointment time, one slot per person
- 2 doses are required to be considered fully vaccinated.
- Print 2 copies, complete all form fields, and bring the Brewster Registration Form to both vaccine clinics.
- 12-17 year old individuals must be driven by an adult and bring the consent form signed by a parent/guardian.
