Application for Rental of School Facilities and Ballfields

Most school classrooms, auditoriums, gyms, ball fields, and other facilities are available to the public on a rental basis, subject to priority needs of the school department. The rental application procedure involves completing and delivering the application to the school's office where the rental is desired. The school office reviews the application and then forwards it to the school district’s office for processing. If approved, the form will be completed with pricing and related information, returned to the applicant, and copied to the Facilities Division, which will facilitate logistical arrangements for the event. Please note that any food arrangements must be separately arranged and priced through Hanover School Department’s Food Services.
