- Prior to application submittal, please check with the Town Collector to ensure that there are no outstanding taxes or fees owed to the Town of Hanover for this site. Outstanding fees may delay and impede issuance.
Applicant Responsibility
- A copy of the Business Certificate issued by the Town Clerk, if an individual.
- Attested copy of Articles of Organization with Amendments, if a corporation.
- Federal Certification and State Tax Certificate must be completed, dated, and signed.
- Workers Compensation Affidavit must be completed, dated, and signed.
- Provide a detailed plan or sketch drawn to scale showing the interior and exterior of the site.
