Merchants Row RenderingAGORA Market Place received Site Plan and Special Permit approval from the Planning Board in February 2018. The proposed project is for the expansion and reconstruction of the retail plaza that was formerly known as Merchants Row. The site will be composed of ~42,228 sf of retail as well as ~18,800 sf of Restaurant. As of October 2019, nine buildout permits and three occupancy permits have been issued from the Building Department.
