Tax Levies, Assessed Values, and Tax Rates
The Massachusetts Division of Local Resources FY26 Tax Levies, Assessed Values, and Tax Rates resource provides an analysis of Fiscal Year 2026 property levies, assessed values, and tax rates. It compares FY2025 and FY2026 tax levies and assessed values and then provides FY2026 statistics. It also identifies communities close to their FY2026 levy limits and ceilings. Finally, it reports on tax rates and shifts between property classes.
