Town of Hanover Request for Proposal for Davis Street Lot 27 Town-Owned Land 6/5/26
Notice is hereby given that the Hanover Select Board is requesting sealed proposals for the disposition of Town-owned land, Lot 27, Davis Street, Hanover, MA 02339, and shown on Hanover Assessors Map 16/Lot 27.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Packets detailing the terms and requirements of the proposed transaction shall be available at 10:00 am on Friday, June 5, 2026, in Hanover Town Hall, First Floor Select Board’s Office, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339, or may be downloaded from the Town of Hanover Municipal website.
The deadline for electronic proposal submission to Janet Tierney, Director of Public Affairs, Licensing and Insurances at [email protected] is Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11:59 pm, and the successful proposal will be chosen on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Regular Select Board Meeting beginning at 6:30 pm in Hanover Town Hall, First Floor Hearing Room, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339.
