Hanover Community Services is working to expand opioid prevention, education, recovery, and family support services, and your feedback is an important part of that process.

Whether you are a parent, caregiver, family member, person in recovery, or simply interested in learning more, we invite you to complete a short community survey.

Your responses will help us better understand the programs and services that matter most, including:

• Opioid prevention and education topics
• Recovery support programs
• Family support groups
• Counseling and wellness services
• Preferences for in-person or virtual programming
• Preferred days and times for future events
