Reminders

This is a quick note before tomorrow night's graduation ceremony with a few reminders:

• Students have been encouraged to carpool so we may have more available parking spots on campus.
• Students should be in the gym at 5:30 pm.
• Please do not remove any of the placards in the reserved section seating on the field.
• Please adhere to the four seats per family limit in the on-field seating area. Seating is unlimited in the bleachers. 
• Handicapped seating areas will be available on the field. Many have already been reserved through Mrs. Kenney.
• Students have been given four tickets for an indoor ceremony in the event of inclement weather, but we are expecting to have it outdoors, as we have received an optimistic forecast from the National Weather Service. Please know that we will be having the ceremony outside even if we have light rain or drizzle, so please plan accordingly. Please do not bring umbrellas to the seating areas.  

From the Hanover Police Department

• Please adhere to all "No Parking" zones and areas, as they will be enforced.
• Officers will be on hand to assist with parking/directions.
• Handicapped parking will be available in the rear of the building near the stadium. Please have your handicapped parking tag visible.
