Town of Hanover 2020 Holiday Schedule Reminder

Town Hall Offices and Departments

• Town Hall will be closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 31^st.
• Normally scheduled hours (by appointment) will resume on Monday, January 4^th.

Mobile Integrated Health and Community PCR Testing

• The Town of Hanover’s Mobile Integrated Health program and Community COVID-19 PCR Testing will be working on a revised holiday schedule to accommodate closure at our contracted laboratory. Read the update and view the revised schedule.

Transfer Station

• The Transfer Station will be closed Wednesday, December 30^th through Friday, January 1^st, and will reopen during normal hours on Saturday, January 2^nd.
• Transfer Station stickers are available by mail or email only at this time. Residents need to send a copy of their current vehicle registration. If the vehicle is not registered in Hanover, residents must also send proof of residency.

John Curtis Free Library

• The library will be open until 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 30^th, and will resume normal hours on Monday, January 4^th.
• Curbside pickup will not be available Thursday, December 31^st; Friday, January 1^st; or Saturday, January 2^nd. 

Council on Aging

• The Council on Aging building will be closed on Thursday, December 31^st; Friday, January 1^st; and will resume normal hours on January 4^th.

Public Works Office

• The Department of Public Works is closed to in-person visits by the public except by appointment due to high COVID-19 positivity rates in the community. Residents are encouraged to transact business by mail, email, or telephone.

Ames Way Brush Pile

• The Ames Way Brush Pile is currently closed to in-person visits by the public except by appointment.
• Residents are encouraged to transact business by mail, email, or telephone.
