Removal of trash and debris off trails. Rehabilitation or restoration of abandoned trails. Vista pruning of overhanging branches. Off trail cleanup and similar. Helping with construction of new trails. I am also interested in helping out in Mass Wildlife and Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program observations such as: Activities 2 * Turkey counts. Wildlife observation and counts. Conducting vernal pool observations for potential certification. Rare species plant observations. I have and am able to use the following hand tools: Tools Options Rakes Loppers Shovels Gloves Wheel Barrow Hand Saw GPS Other manual tools for removal of invasive vines and/or other invasive species. I am willing to donate 1 to 3 trash bags for each cleanup event. I understand that there may be times when invasive species such as thick vines or briars are cut and painted with a DEP approved herbicide; and that this work shall only be done under supervision of the Team Leader or Conservation Agent.
