Does proximity to Center Elementary School pose a safety concern?

Currently, B. Everett Hall Field is open to the public during school hours. The Center Elementary School parking lot, playgrounds, and grounds, which are across the driveway from B. Everett Hall Field, are closed to the public during school hours but open to the public when school is not in session. The Conway Team has been in conversation with representatives from the school throughout the design process.
