Any resident who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath may call the non-emergency telephone number (781-826-2335, ext. 0) at the Emergency Communications Center to request an in-home evaluation by a Hanover Paramedic. The service may also be initiated directly by your physician or by the Telehealth services of your provider network.
