Hanover Woman's Club, Juniors Halloween Parade, October 29, 2023
The Hanover Woman's Club, Juniors will hold its 41st Halloween Parade on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Hanover High School. Children of all ages are encouraged to dress in the scariest, sweetest, or most imaginative costume they might conjure up.
Check-in will begin at 11:15 am and the parade will start at 11:30 am. Participants will march around the outdoors of the high school led by the Hanover High School band, also decked out in costume. In case of rain, the event will be moved indoors.
Following the parade, parents/guardians and children will enjoy a medley of tunes performed by the band. Entertainment will follow with the children being taught a dance for Halloween followed by a sing-along. In the spirit of Halloween, children will be able to trick or treat table to table at the end of the event. Treat bags will be supplied by the Hanover Woman's Club, Juniors. Adults must remain with their children during the event.
Event admission is $5.00 per child and may be paid by cash, check, or Venmo upon entering. No pre-registration is needed. Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item per child for donation to the Hanover Food Pantry.
