Hanover Community COVID-19 Drive-Thru PCR Testing 12/9/20

MIH Testing

The Town of Hanover is excited to offer COVID-19 drive-thru PCR testing to all Hanover residents. Drive-thru testing is held at the Hanover Council on Aging, located at 665 Center Street, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pre-registration required. Your Hanover address will be verified by your Hanover Transfer Station windshield sticker or your vehicle registration upon arrival at the testing site.

Upon arrival, you will be checked in. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time as traffic flow depends on not being too early or late. Testing will be conducted by drive-up appointment only. You will remain in your vehicle for the nasal swab test. All occupants of the vehicles must wear a face mask while at the testing site.

Fees

Each test will cost $120 unless you are eligible for a no-cost test based on the Town of Hanover Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program or school health services criteria. Seniors 65+ will be charged a reduced fee of $38.

Payment must be made at the testing site by check or money order only. Fees collected will be directly used to offset the cost of Hanover Public Schools testing.

Assistance for Seniors: If you are over 65 years of age, and cannot access a computer to sign up or you have a need for financial assistance, please contact Tammy Murray, at 781-924-1913.  The Council on Aging can assist with setting up your appointment and reviewing your financial aid application.

Appointments

You must schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the test facility. If you are seeking a COVID-19 test and are a member of the Hanover Public Schools, please DO NOT register online.  Instead, you must contact your School Nurse for scheduling/testing options.
