National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, October 28, 2023

The Hanover Board of Health and the Hanover Police Department, in cooperation with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, are coordinating a nationwide one-day event to take back unwanted medications on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the Hanover Council on Aging, located at 665 Center Street in Hanover, Massachusetts, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
