When are Conservation Applications Due for Submission?

The following applications which require the scheduling of a public hearing are due 14 days, excluding holidays, prior to each Conservation meeting (there are no exceptions):
- Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD)
- Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA)
- Notice of Intent (NOI)
- Request for Amended Order of Conditions (AOOC)
The following applications which do not require scheduling of a public hearing are due 7 days, excluding holidays, prior to each Conservation meeting (there are no exceptions):
- Request for Review of Plan or Permit Modifications (RPPM)
- Request for Minor Activities Permits (RMA)
- Request for Determination of Minor Activities (RDA-H)
- Request for Exension Permit (REP)
- Request for Certificate of Compliance (RCOC)
- Request for Informal Discussion with the Commission (RID)
Please be timely with submissions, as the Commission maintains a once-per-month meeting schedule.
