Town of Hanover Parcel and Property Assessments 9/6/23

The Town of Hanover Assessor's Office is working with several contractors to collect data for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue's fiscal year 2024 certification. The data collected is an important way to evaluate parcels and property accurately and is an integral part of fair and equitable assessments.

Reasons For a Visit

• Massachusetts law requires that we physically inspect your property at least once every ten years.
• You recently pulled a building permit.
• A sale has taken place or there was a change in the current ownership.
