Fuel Assistance
The Hanover Council on Aging supports individuals in completing and submitting Fuel Assistance applications through scheduled appointments on location at 665 Center Street, Hanover, MA. COA staff will assist with the application process and ensure timely delivery.
Home Energy Assistance Program
The Home Energy Assistance Program (commonly known as Fuel Assistance) runs from November 1st through April 30th.
Hanover's Home Energy Assistance Program assists with paying bills for the primary heating source for your home. Unfortunately, we cannot pay all of your home heating bills. Eligibility is determined by the gross income of all family members, as well as family size and energy burden.
