Hanover Veteran Services Now Offering Weekly Wellness and Support 6/22/22

The Hanover Veteran Services Team is happy to announce two new groups starting on the week of June 27, 2022.

Hanover Veterans Family Matters

We invite all friends and family to join us every Tuesday night from 7:00 pm to  8:00 pm. We understand that family and friends face their own challenges in supporting their loved ones who have served. This is an opportunity to connect with one another and share your own unique experiences. We will provide education around PTSD, TBIs, adjustment disorders, substance abuse disorders, depression, and anxiety. Let us help you build wellness for yourself and your families.

Women Veterans Group

We invite all women veterans to join us every Thursday afternoon between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

According to the Service Women’s Action Network survey, 74% of respondents stated that the general public did not recognize their service.

We are here to not only recognize your service but to support you in the difficulties you’ve faced as a woman veteran. This group will provide education around issues that women veterans face. We will provide a safe environment for you to share your own experiences as a woman veteran. Join us in our support of our women veterans.
