Town Meeting Documents and Presentations

Entering Town Meeting and Registration

You must enter Hanover High School using the front entrance of the building. Once you enter the building, you will be directed to the corridor on the left for registration. Registration is for residents and guests. Residents will check in at one of four registration tables.  Guests will check-in at the Registrars table and receive a guest name tag.

Once you are registered, you will continue to the cafeteria and proceed to the auditorium and gymnasium to be seated. Similar to last year, we will be practicing social distancing and there will be ushers guiding everyone to the next row that is being filled. If you arrive as a pair, you will be able to sit next to each other. Please note that there will be a 3-seat separation to the next resident. Reserved seating will be made available to department heads and committee chairs who will be presenting during the meeting.

Once the auditorium is full to capacity, we will transition to the gymnasium for seating. There will be markers indicating social distance on the floor and bleachers.
