Sunday Entertainment License
- Application Fee: $200
- License Fees: $50 to the Town of Hanover, and $100 to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Hanover License Renewal: Annually
- Town Application: Sunday Entertainment License Application
- State Application: Sunday Entertainment License Application
- Please contact the Director of Licensing to determine if you will need to file an application with the State.
Applicant Responsibilities
- A Business Certificate issued by the Town Clerk, if an individual.
- An attested copy of Articles of Organization with Amendments, if a corporation.
- Federal and State Tax Certificates.
- Workers Compensation Affidavit.
- A detailed plan or sketch, drawn to scale, showing the interior of the premises and/or exterior, if the entertainment will be taking place outside.
