- Fees: $200 Includes license and application fee. Please make checks payable to: Town of Hanover
- Renewal: $75 Annually on or before April 30th

- Prior to application submittal, please check with the Town Collector to ensure that there are no outstanding taxes or fees owed to The Town of Hanover for this site. Outstanding fees may delay and impede issuance.
Applicant Responsibility
- A copy of the Business Certificate issued by the Town Clerk, if an individual.
- Attested copy of Articles of Organization with Amendments, if a corporation
- Federal Certification and State Tax Certificate
- Workers Compensation Affidavit
- Signed authorizations for CORI check for officers, stockholders and directors.
- A certified list of direct abutters obtained from the Hanover Assessors’ Office.
- Check with the Town Collector to ensure there are no monies owed to the Town of Hanover for the site.
- Please contact Lt. Gregory Nihan at the Hanover Police Department who will advise you in more detail concerning the reports which must be filed weekly with the Police Department.
