- Prior to application submittal, please check with the Town Collector to ensure that there are no outstanding taxes or fees owed to the Town of Hanover for this site. Outstanding fees may delay and impede issuance.
Applicant Responsibility
- A Business Certificate issued by the Town Clerk, if an individual.
- An attested copy of Articles of Organization with Amendments, if a corporation.
- A detailed plan or sketch, drawn to scale, showing the interior and exterior of the site.
- A list containing the names of all amusements that are coin operated such as ski ball, pinball, electronic games, etc. must accompany the application. This list is to be updated annually at the time of renewal.
- Federal and State Tax Certificates.
- Workers Compensation Affidavit.
