Warrant Articles for the 2020 Special and Annual Town Meeting
At the December 9, 2019 meeting of the Board of Selectmen, the Board voted to accept articles for the 2020 Annual Town Meeting Warrant until Monday, January 27, 2020 at 12:00 noon. The Board also voted to accept articles for the Special Town Meeting Warrant until Monday, February 24, 2020 at 12:00 noon.
If the article you are submitting is from a Board or Committee, please be sure the Board or Committee's meeting minutes reflect the vote to support the article. Articles should be submitted in final form using Times New Roman font size 12 without "headers or footers" in the document. Please submit articles to Ann Lee at ann.lee@hanover-ma.gov. As always, please submit articles of genuine necessity, keeping budget limitations in mind.
Please note that any ballot questions (including Proposition 2½ overrides) should be submitted by the January 27, 2020 deadline date noted above.
