Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Reminder 8/30/21

As a reminder, the Hanover Board of Health in collaboration with Brewster Ambulance Service will be holding a vaccination clinic for individuals 12 years and older, today, August 30, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Hanover High School, 287 Cedar Street.

You don't need to schedule an appointment and walk-ins are welcome.

• Monday, August 30, 2021 (First or Second Dose), 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Walk-ins Welcome

Required Forms

• Pfizer Consent Form for 12-17 Year Old Individuals
• Brewster Ambulance Registration Form

Important Information

• 2 doses are required to be considered fully vaccinated.
• Please bring the Brewster Registration Form to both vaccine clinics.
• 12-17 year old individuals must be driven by an adult and bring the consent form signed by a parent/guardian.
