Sergeant Michael C. Chesna Memorial Rink Dedication

The dedication ceremony for the “Sergeant Michael C. Chesna Memorial Rink” will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the B. Everett Hall Field, located at 495 Hanover Street, starting at 11:45 AM.
Sgt. Michael Chesna served and protected his community as a U.S. Army Sergeant in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as a Police Sergeant with the Weymouth Police Department. Through his service and sacrifice, Sgt. Chesna has inspired us all to be better.
On May 2, 2022, Hanover Town Meeting voted to name Hanover’s street hockey rink the “Sergeant Michael C. Chesna Memorial Rink” in preserving Sgt. Chesna’s memory for generations to come.
