Information for residents attending the October 27, 2020 flu clinic

Residents who have signed up for the public flu clinic being held on October 27, 2020, should note that this clinic has been made available for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Please refer to the following information for additional flu clinic details.
Student Flu Clinics
A free flu clinic for students who are 3 to 18, will be held at Hanover High School (287 Cedar Street) on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, November 4, 2020, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday, November 14, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

If you have not submitted your insurance information, please take a few minutes to complete the pre-registration process by completing the Flu Clinic Pre-Registration form.
