Massachusetts New Tobacco Law (June 2020)

On June 1, 2020 flavored tobacco products, including cligars, cigarillos, menthol cigarettes (like Kool, Newport, and menthol Pall Mall) and flavored little cigars will no longer be sold in Massachusetts stores. This means there will be no more flavored tobacco products sold at retailers like corner stores, gas stations, and smoke shops.
