Remaining efforts to protect property should be completed as soon as possible. Prepare and plan for hazardous wind of equivalent tropical storm force and flooding from heavy rain. Residents are urged to shelter in place during the storm. Should the need arise, the community shelter may be opened after the storm. Additional information will be provided. To report downed utility/power lines, call 911. To report a power outage, call National Grid at 800-465-1212. Always assume that downed lines are energized and be sure to stay clear.
