Hanover COVID-19 Hotline

Residents and community members are now able to call our new recorded COVID-19 Information Hotline at 781-924-1925, 24 hours a day, every day. This service provides information about COVID-19 testing and scheduling options, vaccination resources, and public clinic availability. Residents may also speak to a live representative (from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with help scheduling available vaccination appointments. The hotline is updated frequently as new information is made available.

Hanover Volunteer Nurse Phone Line

For general COVID-19 information or assistance with navigating your health care system, especially for assistance in creating a telehealth account or for information on Town resources (food bank, transportation, insurance, etc.), please call 781-312-6167. This service is available daily, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. This is not a doctor’s office and is not for emergencies. For any emergency please call 911.

Mass 2-1-1 Hotline

A Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line has been launched to help residents 75 and older more easily schedule an appointment if they do not have internet or are unable to use the website at mass.gov/COVIDVaccine. The line will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Individuals 75 and older without access to the internet or who are unable to schedule their appointment online can call toll-free 2-1-1 or 877-211-6277 for assistance.
