Legal Ad Payment Information

for Conservation, Planning, ZBA, Board of Health Public Hearings

Please be advised that all fees for legal ads must be included with applications when submitted.  This includes those for public hearings with the Conservation Commission, the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of Health (when necessary).  The fee is calculated by number of weeks printed in the Hanover Mariner-  1 week  $31.37        2 weeks   $62.74

Checks are payable to "GATEHOUSE MEDIA"   (not the Town of Hanover).  Submission of the checks is to the department holding the public hearing.  Applications are considered incomplete without payment for the legal ads.  Late payment of the legal ad fee will delay your hearing process.
