Field Use Permits

Interested in hosting a tournament, clinic, or other activity? To obtain a field permit for use of B. Everett Hall Field, Briggs Field, Ceurvels Field, Ellis Field, Forge Pond Park, or Gallant Field, you must fill out a permit application and Field Permit Policy Form. Insurance is required for all permits. During the Fall and Spring, Forge Pond Park has extremely limited availability for organizations outside of HYAA and HYLA to utilize this space. Please email your field permit request with the dates you are looking for to see if your program can be accommodated. To expedite the permit process, please list any alternate locations you would consider if Forge Pond Park is not available. All applications must be returned to the Director of Community Services either in person or by email to tammy.murray@hanover-ma.gov.

Message boards are available at Forge Pond Park and B. Everett Hall Field. If you are a  local organization that would like to advertise an event/notice on the message boards, please send an email so that the Committee can review your request.
