Current and Approved Assessed Values

The Hanover Board of Assessors has conducted a comprehensive reassessment of all classes of properties in the Town of Hanover as mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR).

The DOR has granted the Hanover Assessor’s preliminary certification of the Fiscal Year 2023 assessments. The Assessors are required to hold a Public Disclosure prior to final certification by the Bureau of Local Assessment. This disclosure is intended to inform property owners of the current assessments for Fiscal Year 2023.

The Public Disclosure is also available in the Town of Hanover Assessing Office, located at 550 Hanover Street.

The Assessing staff will be available to review and discuss proposed values during the five-day disclosure period. Any questions pertaining to this disclosure may be directed to the Assessor’s Office at 781-826-6401.
