New Green Residential Transfer Station Stickers by 1/1/2018

News Release

The Town of Hanover DPW office will issue new Green Residential Transfer Station Stickers for the next year starting the month of October.  All residents must have a Green sticker by January 1, 2018.  

Residents may bring their vehicle registrations to the DPW office at 40 Pond Street, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to obtain a Green sticker.  If your registration does not have your Name and Hanover address on it, you will also need to provide proof of residency such as; (License or current utility bill that has your name and address on it) along with a copy of your registration.  Residents may also mail a copy of their registration along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the DPW office.  As stated above, if your registration does not have your Name and Hanover address on it you will need to provide proof of residency along with a copy of your registration.  A sticker will then be mailed back to you in the envelope you provided.

Weather permitting, Green stickers will be issued at the Transfer Station on the following Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM: 

September 30  ~ October  1st           October  ~ 21st   & 22nd   

October  ~  7th  &   8th                       October  ~ 28th   & 29th          

October  ~ 14th  & 15th
