Flags Half-Staff 11/14-11/16 for USN CAPT Thomas Hudner, Medal of Honor

Please be advised that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately until sunset on Thursday, November 16^th in honor of Captain Thomas J. Hudner Jr., USN (Ret), recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor - Korean War, native of Fall River, Massachusetts and resident of Concord, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2017.

This gubernatorial order applies to:

1.  The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls

2.  Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings

3.  All state military installations
